Multiplexing system for automated characterization of a capacitive field‐effect sensor array

In comparison to single-analyte devices, multiplexed systems for a multi-analyte detection offer reduced assay time and sample volume, low costs high throughput. this work, multiplexing platform an automated quasi-simultaneous characterization of multiple (up sixteen) capacitive field-effect sensors by the capacitive-voltage (C−V) constant-capacitance (ConCap) mode is presented. The were mounted in newly designed multi-cell arrangement with one common reference electrode electrically connected impedance analyzer via base station. A Python script executes user-defined measurement protocol. developed system was tested pH measurements label-free ligand-stabilized, charged gold nanoparticles. This article protected copyright.
